The goods are submited at the counter of the nearest post office with only two accompaying documents: two copies of the invoice and an “Export Customs Declaration (CP 72)” form. For the needs of our customs authorities, it is necessary that one invoice is in Serbian language, and the other in the language used in the destination country;
This procedure allows customers to send goods abroad through the Post and does not involve the submission of “Single Administrative Document (SAD form)” which, in addition to saving time, results in significant cost savings, since the Freight Forwarder is not engaged.
For Post Export - Export of Goods service, only 2 accompanying documents are needed: invoice i.e. two copies of the invoice and an “Export Customs Declaration (CP 72)” form.
