The working hours of the office responsible for receiving and processing claims / complaints received electronically are from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM on working days (Monday - Friday). Claims to postal and other services, i.e. complaints on financial services, received after the expiration of the working hours of the office on working days, Saturdays and Sundays, will be processed on the first subsequent working day.
