Send an item abroad to blind or visually impaired individuals.

If a legal entity is sending samples, advertising material, or goods of commercial character, the postal item must be dispatched to the customs post office in order for the item to be submitted for customs clearance. During submission, postal items are submitted open.

In accordance with the customs regulations, the sender is obliged to fill in the prescribed number of copies of the following forms:

  • “Customs Declaration (CN 23)” form;
  • “Customs Declaration (CN 22)” form;
  • “Statement for import of advertising material and samples”, with proforma invoice or some other commercial, official, or bookkeeping document attached;
  • “SAD” form (Single Administrative Document).
