Receiving and transmitting an e-message
eMailman is a service of the Post of Serbia that enables safe, reliable and legally valid sending of e-messages and documents to the Unified Electronic Mailbox on the eGovernment Portal. The Post of Serbia provides this service within the framework of a reserved postal service entrusted by the law regulating the provision of postal services. It is intended for business entities, institutions and organizations that want secure e-communication with business partners and citizens.
The eMailman service is protected by a qualified electronic seal and time stamp, which ensures full legal security, i.e. proof of postage and delivery.
In addition to sending messages to the Unified Electronic Mailbox on the eGovernment Portal, users also have at their disposal commercial services for receiving and transmitting e-messages, such as:
The above services are provided in accordance with the Law on Postal Services, the Law on eGovernment, the General Conditions for the Provision of Universal Postal Services in Pošta Srbije L.L.C. (Excerpt from the General Conditions for the Provision of Universal Postal Services in Pošta Srbije L.L.C.), the Regulations on the Conditions for the Provision of Services for Receiving and Transmitting an E-message and the General Conditions for the Execution of One-Time Payment Transactions on the eMailman Portal, which regulate the procedures and actions for the provision of services.
