• Returning the return receipt for registered postal items. -- The item for which the sender requests a written confirmation of delivery in the “Return Receipt” form, which is then returned and sent back to the sender;• Change or correction of the addressee’s address;• Redirection of the recorded item to the new address including “poste-restante”; “poste-restante“ indicates the delivery of items at post office counters;• Returning a postal item before delivery;• Issuance of an additional Certificate of posting for Insured and COD items;• Issuance of a Certificate or a certified copy of a postal document relating to the delivery of a recorded item;• Delivery of the postal item with the label “Personal”- The sender can request a service of delivering the item exclusively to the recipient, or caretaker;• Handling of separate (fragile) parcels;• Handling of bulky parcels;
• Safekeeping of the recorded item in post office outside of prescribed deadlines, but no longer than 30 days;• Redirection of postal items to the new address including “poste-restante“; “poste-restante“ indicates the delivery of items at post office counters;• Re-delivery of parcels;• PO Box usage;• Delivery of “poste-restante“ item to the address;• Personal delivery of recorded items;• Issuance of a Certificate or a certified copy of a postal document relating to the delivery of a recorded item;
• Return of non-delivered recorded item to the sender;• Reception and recording of Authorisations;• Re-packing of the item with damaged content, reporting on item’s irregularities and informing the customer;• Safekeeping of items for delivery, pursuant to the deadlines set by the general conditions (storage charge) and parcels (per day);
• Packing of parcels;• Addressing of postal items;• Filling out the forms;• Electronic confirmation of the delivery of postal items – SMS message (this service allows the sender of the parcel to be notified by SMS message about the delivery of the parcel;• Returning the return documentation (if customers need certain documentation signed by the recipient to be returned to them, after the parcel has been delivered to the recipient);• Issuance and delivery of confirmation of parcel delivery (if customers require confirmation of parcel delivery in writing, with a photocopy of the postal document relating to the parcel delivery, attached to that confirmation.
