In order to provide support to the "Pay" service, which is available to citizens through the eGovernment portal, Serbia has introduced a service - Generating payment instructions.
Generating payment instructions is a service that involves creating a single payment slip for fees and charges for services provided by the Ministry of the Interior (fees for issuing ID cards, passports, driver's licenses, temporary and permanent residence, criminal records, general republican administrative fees, as well as fees for issuing passports/traffic licenses/driver's licenses under an urgent procedure without an attached proof of urgency) and the Tax Administration (calculation of taxes on the transfer of absolute rights in the process of transferring ownership of used motor vehicles-used vehicles).
The service is provided in all post offices, at counters where fiscal cash registers are installed.
