If you have a prepaid TAG, you can reconfigure it to a postpaid contract at the following locations:

By scanning the QR code, which is an integral part of the TAG Device Purchase Agreement, the user initiates the registration process on the web service or by visiting the following URL address in the web browser https://enp.posta.rs/ where they enter the required data.
By registering the TAG device on the web service for electronic toll collection and connecting a payment debit/credit card, the user will not have to top up the TAG device, but the toll price with a calculated discount of 6 percent will be charged from the registered payment card.
The TAG device is intended exclusively for passenger vehicles (category 1) belonging to natural persons and legal entities, while in order to purchase a TAG device for other vehicle categories (category 2, 3 and 4) for natural persons and legal entities, it is necessary to contact the Services and Sales Function at: +381 11 3718 231 or postshop@posta.rs.

Delivery is made to the purchaser’s address, another address specified by the purchaser when placing an order, or to the selected post office. Shipping and delivery costs are charged to the recipient upon delivery, in accordance with the valid price list of the Post Express courier service.

The advice is to scan the QR code from the Agreement exclusively with the factory-installed camera application on your mobile device. If the factory-installed application cannot recognize the QR code, we suggest that you continue the registration by manually entering data on the https://enp.posta.rs/ web platform. Using QR code scanning applications installed from the App/Play Store or other locations may lead to misuse of personal data and payment card data. In this case, PE Post of Serbia will not be liable for any damage incurred.
