Regular parcel is a parcel in which you can send goods and other items to recipients in all countries of the world, without indicated value.

Parcel with indicated value is a parcel insured up to the value indicated by the sender. The indicated value corresponds to the actual value of the parcel, i.e. the importance for the sender, but it is also allowed to indicate part of the value. This service can be used depending on the conditions defined by designated postal operator of the destination country.

Fragile and bulky parcel is a parcel that contains objects that are easily breakable (glass, porcelain, ceramics, etc.) and which is handled with special care. Bulky parcel is a parcel of a special shape and structure that cannot be stacked and transported with other parcels, i.e. the dimensions of which are larger than prescribed. This service can be used depending on the conditions defined by designated postal operator of the destination country.

Parcel value

Indicating the value of parcels intended for abroad depends on the postal regulations of the destination country. If the destination country accepts parcels with indicated value, the value is indicated on the parcel and on the Parcel Label CP72, which accompanies the parcel. The indicated value of the parcel cannot be higher than the value indicated on the Parcel Label CP72.

Prohibited content

Postal parcels intended for abroad must not contain: narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, explosive, inflammable, other dangerous, as well as radioactive substances, counterfeit items and pirated material, obscene and immoral items, live animals, explosive devices, ammunition or their copies, items that by their nature or packaging can pose danger to employees and that can damage other postal item or postal equipment, documents that have the nature of current and personal correspondence between persons who are not the sender or the recipient, effective domestic and foreign money, except in cases of approval by the NBS (in insured postal items), other objects the import or circulation of which is prohibited in the destination country.
