If you receive a suspicious e-mail, SMS or message on chat applications that are claimed to come from the Post of Serbia or Post Express, or if you discover a website displaying logos of Post of Serbia or Post Express, of which you think is fake, please report it to: it.bezbednost@posta.rs.
- In case of suspicious e-mails: do not click on links or open attachments, forward the e-mail to it.bezbednost@posta.rs, and then delete the e-mail from the inbox.
- For suspicious SMS messages: send us a screenshot of the message to it.bezbednost@posta.rs.
- For suspicious calls or websites: enter the phone number or website address in the body of the e-mail and send to it.bezbednost@posta.rs.
If you have been a victim of fraud involving payment or theft of funds from your bank account or card, report the case to the National CERT at https://www.cert.rs/prijava.html.
If you have clicked on a link, provided any personal information, such as bank account information, on a website or via the phone, or you are concerned that you are at risk, contact your bank and request a card block and immediately change the passwords on your internet accounts.
