During the May Day holidays, on Friday and Saturday, May 1–2, 2026, on-duty post offices will be open throughout the country, in Belgrade and larger cities, as well as post offices at border and administrative crossings.
Among them, the Main Post Office at Takovska 2 in Belgrade will operate as usual, from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Post offices at the Horgoš, Čukarka, Sremska Rača and Batrovci border crossings and post offices at the Jarinje and Brnjak administrative crossings will operate as usual - non-stop, and the post office at the Gradina border crossing will operate from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
On both days of the holiday, post offices will be open in shopping centres in Belgrade, Pančevo and Kragujevac, in "Univerexport" facilities in Belgrade, Novi Sad and the surrounding area, Zrenjanin and Sombor. The branch office in the "Roda" facility in Kragujevac and other post offices will be open. The post office at "Nikola Tesla" Airport will be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
On Saturday, May 2, a large number of post offices in all major cities will be on duty, including the post office in Zlatibor.
