The Main Post Office in Belgrade and 20 other post offices in Belgrade, Novi Sad and other cities will change their working hours starting from February 1, 2025. Under the new working hours, they will provide services to customers until 7 pm on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, while the beginning of working hours remains unchanged.

In Belgrade, in addition to the Main Post Office at Takovska 2 – 11101 Belgrade 1, the change in working hours applies to Post Office 11010 Belgrade 48 at Kumodraška 153 in Voždovac, Post Office 11158 Belgrade 118 in Stari Grad at Dubrovacka 35 and Post Office 11030 Belgrade 8, Šumadijski trg 2A, in Čukarica.

The Main Post Office 21101 in Novi Sad, Narodnih heroja St. 2, will also change its working hours, as will six other post offices in Novi Sad – 21102 Novi Sad, Vojvođanska St. 5, 21107 Novi Sad, Patrijarha Pavla Blvd. 83, 21113 Novi Sad, Braće Mogin St. 2, 21121 Novi Sad, Sutjeska St. 2, 21127 Novi Sad, Primorska St. 5, 21137 Novi Sad, Stojana Novakovića St. 4, as well as Post Office 21203 Veternik, Omladinska St. 8.

The Main Post Office 18101 Niš at Vožda Karađorđa St. 13A, and post offices 18105 Niš, at Trg 14. oktobar 6, and 18112 Niš, Obrenovićeva 46, will also operate according to the new working hours.

The working hours of the following post offices will also change: 32101 Čačak 1, Gradsko šetalište 28, 11300 Smederevo 1, Karađorđeva 10, 17501 Vranje, Kralja Stefana Prvovenčanog 49, including Post Office 16000 Leskovac, Kralja Petra Prvog 1V, 22300 Stara Pazova, Kralja Petra Oslobodioca 4, 22400 Ruma, JNA 155.

For the listed post offices, working hours on Saturdays will not change, except for the Post Office 18101 Niš, which will in future work from 7 am to 7 pm, while its working hours on Sundays and holidays will remain unchanged.

The Main Post Office in Belgrade 11101 Belgrade 1 will provide services to customers on weekends and holidays from 8 am to 7 pm. The "Night" Post Office 11061 Belgrade 139, Takovska 2, will be permanently closed on January 31, 8 am.

The described changes were determined and adopted based on the need to unify the working hours of post offices with full-day working hours, as well as on the basis of a detailed analysis of needs and the achieved volume of services.

Notices for customers are prominently displayed at the front doors of post offices.

Contractual Post Office 32221 Trnava is opened at the following addres: Zadrugarska 71, Trnava.

Post Office 32221 Trnava provides payment and withdrawal services and performs the receipt and delivery of postal items.

Working hours of the Post Office are on weekdays from 8am to 4pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 12 noon.

Contractual Post Office 36328 Tutin was opened at the following address: Omladinska 13, Tutin.

Post Office 36328 Tutin provides payment and withdrawal services and performs the receipt of postal items.

Working hours of the Post Office are on weekdays from 8am to 3:30pm.

We are hereby informing our customers that starting from January 3, 2025, payments of fees and charges to the following account: 840-742221843-57 (Republic Administrative Fee) will be enabled only if there is identification information in the payment reference number.

Customers can obtain information about the payment reference number from the recipient of the funds, i.e. the institution at the request of which the fee is being paid.

The payment of pensions from all funds for December 2024, for beneficiaries who receive their pension at their home addresses, will be made by the Post of Serbia according to the plan of the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of the Republic of Serbia, in the period from Friday, January 3 to Monday, January 6, 2025.

On Saturday, January 4, all post offices will be open, including those that do not operate on Saturdays. For the purpose of paying pensions to beneficiaries who receive their pensions by payment to a current account, the counters will be engaged at full capacity. For the payment of pensions to the beneficiary's address, the Post of Serbia will ensure the engagement of the optimal number of employees.

The competent organizational units at the Post of Serbia will monitor the implementation on the days of pension payment and ensure that pension payments are fully made within the set deadlines.
