Info - Service information

Dear customers,

On February 18, 2025, Postal Savings Bank launched a new, improved information system that enables more efficient, secure, and faster banking services, in line with the standards of digitalization of the financial sector.

The Post of Serbia, as a long-standing strategic partner of the Postal Savings Bank, among other things, provides services for natural persons - clients of the Bank, which we expect to be even more efficient and secure for our customers in the future, thanks to the modernization of the system.

In the coming period, minor deficiencies identified will be eliminated in order to make the system function more efficiently and establish a higher quality service, and minor delays or difficulties in carrying out transactions are possible. If such situations occur, they are immediately reported to the expert teams of Postal Savings Bank, who resolve them in an urgent matter.

The Post of Serbia and the Postal Savings Bank are continuously taking all necessary steps to jointly ensure full functionality of the system and enable the smooth execution of all transactions in the shortest possible time.

We thank our customers for their patience and understanding.
