The payment of pensions from all funds for December 2024, for beneficiaries who receive their pension at their home addresses, will be made by the Post of Serbia according to the plan of the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of the Republic of Serbia, in the period from Friday, January 3 to Monday, January 6, 2025.

On Saturday, January 4, all post offices will be open, including those that do not operate on Saturdays. For the purpose of paying pensions to beneficiaries who receive their pensions by payment to a current account, the counters will be engaged at full capacity. For the payment of pensions to the beneficiary's address, the Post of Serbia will ensure the engagement of the optimal number of employees.

The competent organizational units at the Post of Serbia will monitor the implementation on the days of pension payment and ensure that pension payments are fully made within the set deadlines.

During the New Year's holiday, on Wednesday and Thursday, January 1-2 and on the religious holiday of Christmas, on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, duty post offices will be open.

The Main Post Office at Takovska 2 in Belgrade, post offices at the border crossings Batrovci, Horgoš, and Čukarka, and the administrative crossings Jarinje and Brnjak will be open non-stop during all holidays. The PostOffice at the Gradina border crossing will be on duty from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

On Thursday, January 2, 64 duty post offices will be open throughout the country, in Belgrade and all major cities and tourist centers. Post offices in shopping centers in Belgrade, Pančevo and Kragujevac, post offices in "Univerexport" facilities in Belgrade, Novi Sad and the surrounding area, Zrenjanin, Sombor and Apatin, in "Roda" facilities in Kragujevac, Sremska Mitrovica and Šabac, post offices at Zlatibor and Kopaonik and other duty post offices will be open. On the same day, post offices at the Sremska Rača and Šid border crossings will be open from 00:00 to 24:00, and the post office at the "Nikola Tesla" airport will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m..

On Tuesday, December 31 and Monday, January 6, post offices with full-day working hours will operate reduced hours, until 5 p.m.

New corporate Post Office 21109 Novi Sad was opened at the following address: Boška Petrovića 2, Novi Sad.

The Post Office shall provide financial and exchange operation services and perform the receipt and delivery of postal items.

Working hours of the Post Office 21109 Novi Sad are on weekdays from 8am to 7pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 2pm.

We are hereby informing our customers that the Post of Serbia restored performing receipt of postal items for Canada as of December 20, 2024.

On Wednesday, December 25, 2024, the religious holiday of Christmas according to the Gregorian calendar, 42 post offices in Vojvodina will be closed, in the areas of Subotica (23), Sombor (5), Novi Sad (6), Zrenjanin (5) and Pančevo (3). For a list of closed Post Offices, see the table here.
