Awards for the best workers at the finish of 2021

Zoran Đorđević, Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, presented the “Best Worker” Awards for the fourth quarter of 2021. Acting Director Đorđević thanked the best employees engaged in technological operations of the Enterprise and pointed out their special contribution in the quarter at the end of the calendar year 2021, which is usually the busiest and most demanding time for providing postal services.

The best postmen of the fourth quarter are  Milan Gligorijević (11160 Belgrade 74), Milivoj Đorđević (11032 Belgrade 133), Svetozar Vasiljević (11300 Smederevo 1), and Ivica Marinković (37245 Velika Drenova), while the best courier is Dejan Protić (11083 Belgrade 144).

The best counter workers are Emilija Bojović (36101 Kraljevo), Biljana Pjević (21104 Novi Sad), Mirjana Veselinović (11194 Rušanj) and Smilja Živković (11112 Belgrade 19).

The best post office managers are Beata Dudaš (24340 Stara Moravica) and Dragana Tošić (11174 Belgrade 43).

The best controller is Mirjana Ristanović from the post office 11080 Belgrade 80, while Gordana Nikolić (11120 Belgrade 35) was awarded as the best worker engaged in the processing of postal items.

The “Best Worker” awards are given on a quarterly basis according to the highest marks for quality of work, scope of work performed, expertise, quality of communication, flexibility and high motivation and work initiative, as well as additional criteria such as customer praises. The best employee of the year will be selected among the winners from all quarters.
