Notification to customers – reduction of crowds and queues at post offices

We would like to notify the customers that there has been an increase in the number of customers which is why longer queues are created in some post offices. In that regard, Zoran Đorđević Acting Director of the PE Post of Serbia issued an order for urgent implementation of activities to optimize the work of employees and provision of services.

To reduce the crowds and queuing, Acting Director Đorđević ordered that all employees in the post offices, regardless of the work they perform - postmasters, controllers, accountants and employees in professional services, should be involved in providing services to customers, and that these jobs are performed at all counters, if necessary. Postmasters are obliged to ensure such treatment.

We invite customers who have a complaint about the duration of the service and waiting or notice deviations in the provision of services in the manner defined by this notification, or notice larger crowds and queues in some branches, to report the problem by mail to the address contact@posta.rs.
