Zemun got another modern post office
Zoran Đorđević, Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, opened a new post office 11083 Belgrade 144 in Zemun today. For this modern branch office with three automated counters, a very frequent location was chosen – Prve pruge 1 Street, a part of Zemun with about 12,650 inhabitants, almost 5,000 households and more than 970 legal entities. The president of the City Municipality of Zemun, Gavrilo Kovačević, also attended the opening.
“We are expanding our branch network wherever there is a need and requests from customers, in smaller communities, as well as in large cities and municipalities that, like Zemun, are rapidly expanding and developing. Our priority is to build a new image of the company in all segments, by raising the quality of services, updating, reconstructing and modernizing all branches and company vehicles, in parallel with further investments in new services. We perform part of this demanding work in partnership with local governments, and thus create a better environment for citizens, as well as with entrepreneurs, legal entities and individuals, to whom we offer both affordable and quality services and attractive opportunities for cooperation through the project of opening franchise post offices or counters, which can provide additional income or solve the employment issue”, said Acting Director Zoran Đorđević.
New Zemun post office 11083 Belgrade 144 performs reception, pick-up and delivery of items, postal-financial and money exchange services. Post office working hours are from 8 am to 7 pm on weekdays and on Saturday from 8 am to 3 pm. There are 17 post offices available for customers in Zemun.
