The Post of Serbia is expanding cooperation with the Post of Albania

Acting Director of PE Post of Serbia, Zoran Đorđević, spoke today with the Ambassador of Albania in Belgrade, Ilir Boçka, about possible directions in which cooperation can be expanded between the Posts of the two countries within the “Open Balkans” initiative. Ambassador Ilir Boçka was a guest of the Post of Serbia and during the meeting with Director Đorđević, further steps of the process of connecting the Posts of Serbia and Albania were determined.

“The Post of Serbia, as a regional leader in postal and logistics services, continues its activities to concretize the Open Balkans initiative in order to contribute to the more efficient implementation of the Agreement between the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, and the Prime Ministers of North Macedonia and Albania, Zoran Zaev and Edi Rama, with the aim of intensifying economic cooperation and connecting the citizens of our countries. In that sense, the Post of Albania is an extremely important partner, and today's meeting with Ambassador Ilir Boçka aims to initiate institutional cooperation with our colleagues from Albania”, said Zoran Đorđević.

The following step in the process of realization of the plans for cooperation is the meeting between the representatives of the Posts of Serbia and Albania, and the Ambassador Ilir Boçka agreed to help in organizing the meeting as soon as possible.
