Awards for the best employees in the first quarter of 2021
The “Best Employee” awards, traditionally given to employees in the field of technological operations for the first quarter of the current year, were presented today at a ceremony in the premises of the Enterprise’s headquarters. Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, Zoran Đorđević, on this occasion thanked his colleagues for their exceptional professional engagement and congratulated them on the achieved business results.
The “Best Employee” awards are given in six categories - Best Postman, Best Courier / Driver, Best Counter Employee, Best Manager, Best Controller / Treasurer and Best Employee in the Field of Postal Items Processing. The best employees are selected on the basis of the highest marks for the quantity and quality of work performed, expertise, reliability, quality of communication with colleagues and customers, flexibility and high motivation, while additional criteria consist of praises from service users and initiatives taken to improve work operations.
The winners of the awards for the best Postman of the first quarter are: Zoran Aleksić, Vladimir Amidžić, Zoran M. Milošević and Sokle Lozanovski. The Award for the best Counter Employees went to: Vesna Markov, Snežana Stevanović, Nevenka Radulović and Dragana Perović. The best Managers are Ivan Stojilković and Siniša Stojanović, the best Courier is Ivan Milosavljević, the best Employee in the Field of Postal Items Processing is Miloš Janković, and the best Controller is Robert Fuks.
