An access ramp has been installed for people with disabilities, further improving the accessibility of postal services to all customers.
"Our goal is for our post offices to be modern, functional and accessible spaces, where customers will have quality conditions for using the services, and employees will have good working conditions. That is why we continue to invest in the renovation of our postal network and to talk directly with employees in the field about their needs and suggestions," said Zoran Anđelković, Director of Pošta Srbije.
Anđelković also visited the Post Office in Ruski Krstur 25233, which has also been renovated, where he spoke with employees about daily operations, working conditions, customer needs, and the challenges they face in providing services.

Renewal of the postal network, development of logistics capacities and direct discussions with employees are part of the efforts to make Pošta Srbije more efficient, modern and even closer to the needs of citizens and employees.
