Visiting post offices in Obrenovac, Debrc and Mišar
Director of Pošta Srbije Zoran Anđelković and his colleagues visited post offices in Obrenovac, Debrc and Mišar and talked with the employees about daily functioning of post offices and the provision of services to citizens.
During the tour, Anđelković discussed with his colleagues engaged at counters, in delivery and professional services, about their work experiences, the needs of customers, as well as the challenges that employees face in their daily operations.
Special attention was paid to working conditions, work organization and opportunities for business improvement, with the aim of providing employees with the best possible working conditions, and citizens with higher quality and more efficient services.
Visiting of post offices in Obrenovac, Debrc and Mišar is part of the regular practice of direct conversations between the management of Pošta Srbije and the employees and assessing the needs of post offices in the field.
