POST-EXPRESS – the highest quality express service in 2025
Post-Express of the Post of Serbia is the best rated courier service among express delivery service providers on the domestic market, based on customer experience, according to a survey of the level of satisfaction of postal service customers conducted by the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) for 2025.
In the category of express delivery services, according to the assessment of the quality of express services from a study prepared for RATEL by SMART Research, the largest number of respondents chose Post-Express, securing it the position of 1 – the most used express service operator (79.6%) and also the best rated, with a score of 4.14, according to the measurement of customer satisfaction.
"For the Post of Serbia, which is a leader among postal operators not only in the region but also in Europe in terms of technological innovations, this recognition is another indicator of quality, tradition, long-standing trust of direct customers, as well as the price-quality ratio. The Post of Serbia can be proud of these results, because it builds its business position as the fastest and most accessible express delivery of parcels precisely on quality, the widest availability and affordable price," said Zoran Anđelković, Acting Director of the Post of Serbia.
Anđelković expressed his satisfaction that, over a period of more than two decades, among today's more than 50 direct competitors, the courier service of the Post of Serbia has maintained its leading position in the market and is recording stable growth from year to year.
The basis of customer trust, and also the greatest strength of Post-Express, is the coverage of express delivery to all settlements in Serbia, with the possibility of handing over postal items at post office counters in more than 1,100 places or having them collected at the address by a courier in more than 140 settlements for the Today for tomorrow service. The Today for now service is enabled in 1,100 populated places throughout the country and Today for today in 45 of them throughout Serbia. 900 Post's parcel machines are also available for collecting parcels.
