Constructive conversation between Minister Bratina and Director Anđelković
Minister of Information and Telecommunications Prof. Boris Bratina, PhD held a meeting with representatives of Pošta Srbije L.L.C. headed by Director Zoran Anđelković.
During the meeting, a constructive discussion was held on further plans for the development and improvement of the services provided by Pošta Srbije to citizens, with a special focus on the process of digitalization of postal services. The interlocutors exchanged views on ways to modernize operations and introduce modern solutions that will contribute to a more efficient and accessible postal system.
Special attention was paid to bringing digital services closer to elderly customers, in order to make it easier for them to use postal services and provide easier access to new technologies. Other important topics in the field of postal traffic and further improvement of the quality of services were also discussed.
The interlocutors agreed that the cooperation between the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications and Pošta Srbije will continue with the aim of developing a modern, efficient and citizen-friendly postal system.
