Anđelković in Kladovo and Majdanpek – new services in focus
Acting Director of Pošta Srbije, Zoran Anđelković, visited the post offices in Kladovo and Majdanpek today, continuing his tour throughout Eastern Serbia, with the aim of improving the quality of services and having direct conversations with employees and local management.
During his stay in Kladovo, Anđelković spoke with the President of the Municipality of Kladovo, Saša Nikolić, about the possibilities of expanding cooperation and introducing new services tailored to the needs of citizens and businesses.
Summing up the tour, Anđelković emphasized that there is always room for improvement, but that it is significant to note that customers are satisfied with the work of post offices in this part of the country.
"Our goal is to bring services as close to customers as possible. The installation of parcel lockers and ATMs in this region is an example of how the network of Pošta Srbije is growing and becoming more accessible", emphasized Anđelković.
Special emphasis was placed on the development of e-commerce and new eDelivery services, which will allow customers to receive documents directly to their eMailboxes, without waiting for traditional postal delivery.
Field visits remain one of the priorities of the management of Pošta Srbije, as the basis for further improvement of operations and digital transformation of the system.
