Visiting Pošte Srpske and meeting Minister of Transport and Communications

Delegation of Pošta Srbije, led by Acting Director Zoran Anđelković, is completing a two-day working visit to Pošte Srpske in Banja Luka, where they held a series of meetings with colleagues from the Republic of Srpska on the topics of a shared vision of development and stronger regional connectivity. Delegation of Pošte Srpske was led by Director Miladin Radović.

 

The first protocol meeting of the highest representatives of the two public postal operators, in an open and partnership-based discussion, covered segments of strengthening cooperation, while both sides confirmed their joint commitment to the stable and modern development of the postal system in the region. At the working meeting of expert teams, the topics of improving sales, marketing and communications, more customer-oriented commercial models, as well as further development of express mail and optimization of the "last mile" were discussed.

Directors Zoran Anđelković and Miladin Radović held a meeting today with the Minister of Transport and Communications in the Government of the Republic of Srpska, Zoran Stevanović. The main topics of the discussion were the modernization of services and strengthening cooperation between the two postal systems, as well as the importance of regional logistics connectivity, strengthening partnerships and modernization of services. Participants in the discussion emphasized that through such meetings, connections are further strengthened and faster and more efficient services are created for customers both in Serbia and the Republic of Srpska.

It was concluded that by exchanging experiences and good practices between the two systems and acting together, we can respond more quickly and decisively to the challenges of the modern market, especially in the e-commerce and logistics segments.
