Improving cooperation in the field of postal services with Angola
A high-level delegation of the Republic of Angola, consisting of representatives of the Embassy of Angola in Serbia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Department for Southern Europe, the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technologies, and the Post of Angola, is paying a working visit to the Post of Serbia today.
At the meeting with the Director Zoran Anđelković and the delegation of the Post of Serbia, a draft memorandum of understanding between the public postal operators of the two countries was discussed. Further steps have been determined to implement cooperation in the field of postal services, including coordination and signing of the memorandum through official diplomatic channels.
The proposed cooperation covers the areas of exchange of postal items, philately, logistics and postal and financial services, while the models for its implementation include consultations and knowledge exchange, as well as technical and professional training of employees at the Posts of Serbia and Angola.
