Raid on closed post office in Prilužje – New act of terrorism and violence

Members of the so-called Kosovo police raided the closed Post Office 38213 Prilužje, in the municipality of Vučitrn in Kosovo and Metohija today. In the latest illegal action, the so-called Kosovo police entered the sealed building of the Post of Serbia, and vehicles of the so-called Kosovo police and the so-called Post of Kosovo were spotted in front of the building. The goal is obvious, to alienate the building, illegally appropriate it and open the unit of the so-called Post of Kosovo there.

A new act of the most brutal violence against Serbian institutions and property is underway, which, in addition to violating the agreements reached within the framework of the dialogue and preventing the process of normalizing relations, represents the grossest violation of the basic principles of international law. We appeal to all international institutions to resolutely condemn and stand in the way of new violence within the framework of a comprehensive terrorist plan, to disrupt the lives and persecute Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, through various methods of pressure, threats and blackmail.

We remind you that despite the negotiations that were taking place in Brussels at the time, the Post of Serbia’s branch office in Prilužje was closed in January this year in an action by the Priština authorities, along with all post offices south of the Ibar River that are in the system of the Post of Serbia.
