Postman Miloje Nedeljković, Employee of the Year
Miloje Nedeljković, postman of the Working Unit "Belgrade Centre" (11210 Belgrade 26), was awarded the title of the best employee of the Enterprise in 2024, in a competition among the 52 best employees engaged in technological jobs selected in the four quarters of the previous year.
Zoran Anđelković, Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, presented the award to the employee of the year today and congratulated Nedeljković on the recognition that represents the crowning achievement of his 43-year professional career, without a single day of sick leave.
Director Andjelković also presented awards today for the best employees in the last quarter of 2024. Along with congratulating his colleagues on their remarkable results, he thanked them for their contribution in the most demanding period of each year when records are repeatedly broken in postal traffic in the volume of received and delivered postal items. He said that the expansion of the parcel locker network, the digitalization of services and the robotization of the largest postal centers will bring relaxation to the process and support to human resources potential.
The best postmen in the fourth quarter were Milodrag Mitrović, WU "Niš" (18103 Niš), Igor Petrović, WU "Zemun" (11271 Surčin), Dragan Petrović, RWU "Užice, Šabac, Valjevo" (15300 Loznica 1), and Miroslav Rahman, WU "Belgrade Center" (11120 Belgrade 35).
In the category of best delivery person/driver, the award went to delivery person Branislav Stojković, RWU "Vranje, Leskovac, Prokuplje, Pirot" (16000 Leskovac).
The best counter workers were Violeta Đukić, WU "Zemun" (11182 Belgrade 81), Mirjana Aleksić, RWU "Kragujevac, Jagodina, Kruševac" (34109 Kragujevac), Miljana Kostić, WU "Niš" (18103 Niš), and Aleksandra Baranin, WU "Beogradski venac" (11040 Belgrade 33).
Bojan Ilić, WU "Niš" (18211 Trupale), and Marija Gogić, WU "Zemun" (11277 Ugrinovci) took home awards for the best post office managers.
Dragan Lelović, senior controller of the WU "Zemun" (11077 Belgrade 99), was awarded in the category of best controller/cashier. Ivan Šljivar, WU "Niš" (40200 Niš), was awarded as the best worker in the processing of postal items.
