Zoran Anđelković, Post’s Acting Director, visited the Post Office in Borča

Zoran Anđelković, Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, together with Darko Ognjenović, Director of the “Belgrade Centre” Working Unit and Slobodan Unković, Director of the “Hybrid Post” Working Unit, visited the Post Office in Borča today (Post Office 11211, Valjevski odred St. 15), where he held a meeting with employees in the technology sector.

During the visit, Anđelković discussed the innovations in the Collective Agreement, which will be signed today, as well as opportunities for improving material conditions for employees.

One of the key topics was the new position of "mail person-delivery worker", which will enable more efficient work organization and improved working conditions. Employees had the opportunity to share their observations and suggestions that could contribute to further improvement of working conditions, while Anđelković answered questions related to the business operations and future plans of the Post of Serbia.

Also, during the visit, Anđelković spoke about the implementation of a robotic postal items sorting system, as well as of other innovations that await us in the near future, which will further improve the efficiency and working conditions of the Post of Serbia.
