The Post of Serbia awarded 72 permanent contracts
Belgrade, December 30, 2024 – Zoran Anđelković, Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, awarded 72 permanent contracts to employees in technological positions, out of a total of 285 contracts as of July 4 of the current year, thus achieving a significant step towards worker security.
The Post of Serbia is committed to its employees and nurtures human potential as one of the most important pillars of its development, and in particular strives to constantly strengthen its personnel potential in technology. This move aims to improve working conditions and motivation, as well as ensure the long-term security of employees at the Post of Serbia.

This event was an opportunity to thank the employees for their efforts, as well as to highlight our Enterprise's commitment to providing the best possible working conditions. Today, we also showed how our robots function in the logistics centre in Novi Sad. We will continue to pay special attention to robotization and technological improvement of work processes that will help and improve the work of employees," said Anđelković.
The contract award ceremony was an occasion to congratulate the employees on their dedicated work and commitment, and to provide them with additional motivation to continue their successful work. After fulfilling the legal requirements, mailpersons, counter workers, postal technicians, and delivery workers from five working units, who, through their work and commitment, met the standards in every way and met the requirements of the job, were granted permanent employment today.
After the contracts were awarded, a cocktail party was organized where experiences were exchanged among employees, management and executives, which contributed to strengthening mutual ties and cooperation.
The Post of Serbia continues to invest in its employees, thereby creating an even higher quality and more efficient work environment. Accordingly, a total of 72 employees from the Regional Postal and Logistics Centre Belgrade, WU “Zemun”, WU “Beogradski venac”, WU “Belgrade Centre” and WU “Novi Sad” have received permanent contracts starting from December 30, 2024 and January 1, 2025. Among the 72 employees, the majority are mailpersons, counter technicians, delivery workers and postal technicians, drivers and associates.
