Successful dialogue improved the material position of Post employees
Annex I of the Collective Agreement for the Public Enterprise “Post of Serbia”, Belgrade, was signed today at the premises of the Enterprise.
The Annex was signed by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, Rasim Ljajić; Acting Director of PE Post of Serbia, Mira Petrović; Vice President of the PTT Serbia Union, Slavko Topalov; and Snežana Marković, the President of the “Independence” Union of the Post of Serbia. The Annex amended articles of the Collective Agreement of the PE Post of Serbia in the parts related to - the distribution of profits allocated for the participation of employees, in proportion to the time spent at work with the Employer in the calendar year to which the decision on the distribution of profits relates and the payment of solidarity assistance to employees whose basic salary does not exceed 50,000 dinars a month, in order to alleviate the unfavourable socio-economic position of the employees of the Post of Serbia.
