Post-Express - Winner of the Quality and Price Award

Courier service of the Post of Serbia is the winner of the international ’Best Buy Award’ for the best price-quality relationship in the category of express services in Serbia.

Post-Express is the first courier service in Serbia which was given a prestigious recognition ’Best Buy Award’ (The Most Affordable Purchase Award), for the best price-quality relationship in the category of express delivery services for the years 2017/2018, according to the opinion of direct customers. During the research, which was performed for the Serbian market by the International Certification Association (ICERTIAS) with the seat in Zurich, the greatest number of examinees chose Post-Express, in that way ensuring it the status ’No. 1 - the Best Price-Quality Relationship’.

Post-Express is proud of this prestigious recognition, for it builds its business position of the fastest and most available transmission of items on quality and affordable price.

Post-Express is the first courier service in the territory of Serbia, which was initiated by the Post of Serbia in 2002 with 34 couriers in 26 cities, and today it engages 850 couriers, who, with around 650 vehicles pass hundreds of thousends kilometers every day and transmit more than 10 million of postal items every year. The basis of long-standing customers’ trust, at the same time the greatest power of Post-Express, is the availability of the service, i.e. delivery coverage of all the places in Serbia, with the possibility of postal items handing in over 1,000 counters or with the help of couriers in 560 settlements for the service Today for Tomorrow.

In the past decade and a half, the courier service of the Post of Serbia kept its leading position in the market among more than 50 direct competitors and it records growth every year.

The ’Best Buy Award’ is organised by the International Certification Association (ICERTIAS), on the basis of research and experience of customers. Researches on the best price-quality relationship when deciding on purchasing or using the service, are carried away according to the International Code on Market and Social Research, which was adopted by the International Chamber of Commerce and European Association of Research Managers and Administrators. There are numerous leading domestic and international brands among the winners of this significant recognition such as: Opel, Milka, Hundai, Unilever, Hewlett-Packard, Bosch, Unicredit, Danone, Nestle, Dr Oetker, Holcim, Henkel, Idea, Grand Coffee, Blic and many other.
