PostPak - A New Service
An Agreement on the exchange of international COD postal items signed between postal operators of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, contributing to the development of e-commerce.
At the 21st International Economy Fair in Mostar, the representatives of PE Post of Serbia Belgrade, PE BH Post Ltd Sarajevo, Srpska Post Inc Banja Luka, Croatian Post Ltd Mostar and Montenegro Post Inc Podgorica, signed the Agreement on the exchange of international COD postal items – PostPak. The Agreement regulates interrelations, criteria and prices of the exchange of COD PostPak postal items between the above mentioned operators, and it will be applied as of July.
PostPak is a new international postal service which will enable sending of goods and documents up to 30 kg in the region, followed by a signature and payment of the full amount to the benefit of the sender during delivery. It is important to highlight that the new service will be realised along with a special service COD Handling. PostPak will ensure benefits to citizens and economy in the region in terms of business, quality infrastructure for e-commerce, available and reliable network for online shopping.
Therefore, customers from the Agreement signatory countries will be able to order electronically the products they want, as a PostPak parcel, which will be delivered at home address, with the payment of the COD amount which is sent to the sender by the International Electronic Money Order.
