The Post of Serbia is the winner of the prestigious 'My Choice' recognition for a favourite domestic brand in 2018 in the category of 'Transport'.

An additional success is that the second place in the same category was awarded to the courier service of the Post of Serbia – Post-Express, which was awarded directly by the customers and confirmed its leading position among more than 20 competitors in the market.

On behalf of the Post of Serbia, this worthy award was received by Nela Bojović, Head of Corporate Marketing and Responsibility Sector, and it was given by Milan Ristić, President of the My Serbia association, at the ceremony held on 27 February at the Assembly of the City of Belgrade.

Nela Bojović, on behalf of Mira Petrović, acting CEO of the Post of Serbia and 15,000 employees, expressed honour and satisfaction regarding the winning of this significant recognition, especially because it represents the voice of customers’ trust.

’’We, at the Post are very happy for that and of course it obliges us to continue to maintain a high quality service. Over 1,500 post offices, 4,000 counters, 1,700 vehicles and 4,000 deliverers make it possible for our service to be present at any address in Serbia, on a daily basis. Automated processing, as well as electronic connection of all our branches and business procedures enable us to permanently improve the service, precisely more than 400 services of the Post of Serbia – financial, logistic, parcel and letter-post, television and internet ones and so on. As communications improve, we, as a pillar of communication of this society and state, improve and introduce new services’’, she said.

This year, in the award competition, there were 780 domestic products and brands. Voting was organized in two rounds. Internet users voted in the first round, and brands with the most votes qualified for the final, where they were accompanied by five best qualified brands of the last year’s competition.
