Postage stamps in honour of 70 years of diplomacy between Serbia and India
During the ceremony at the Palace of Serbia this commemorative issue was awarded by Mira Petrović, Acting CEO of the Post of Serbia to Venkaiah Naidu, the Vice President of the Republic of India.
The 70th anniversary of friendly and partner diplomatic relations between Serbia and India, filled with mutual trust and understanding, is also celebrated with commemorative philatelic issue – "Joint issue Serbia - India: 70 years of diplomatic relations". Today Post of Serbia launched two postage stamps with central motifs of Nikola Tesla and Swami Vivekananda.

This commemorative philatelic issue contains two postage stamps with the nominal value of 70 dinars each, printed in the circulation of 65,000 copies, as well as the First Day cover.
Academic painter Boban Savić, MA of the WU "Srbijamarka" and Indian artist Gulistaan were in charge of the artistic realisation of the stamps with the professional cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia.
