RIA Company Motivational Program Prizes Awarded

Twelve employees of the Post of Serbia were awarded within the RIA motivational program, the goal of which is to improve the quality of services and motivation of employees. The decision to reward counter workers was made because of their exceptional dedication, professionalism and efficiency in dealing with clients. The employees were awarded multi-brand GiftOnCard gift cards, which were handed over by the Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, Zoran Anđelković.

“I would like to congratulate you and thank you for your exceptional work. This award is a recognition of your overall effort and dedication, and RIA is only one part of your success. You are hardworking and high quality workers in every respect. Also, we have numerous services that the general public is still not familiar with, which is why it is of crucial importance for us to be present and visible with all our services", Anđelković emphasized.

The RIA Company motivational program is designed to last for three months and has so far shown results in the form of increased efficiency and client satisfaction. After the first month, an analysis was done which confirmed that the counter workers deserved the awards.

Prizes were awarded in monetary amounts of 200, 100 and 50 euros, and it is expected that this practice will motivate other employees to give their best. The first prize in the amount of 200 euros was won by Ivan Todorović from WU "Kragujevac", while the runner-up Dragana Nedić from WU "Zemun" received 100 euros. The other awardees, who received 50 euros each, were Ljiljana Šalipur, Miruna Ašanin, Jasmina Tomić, Aleksandra Mudrić, Ljubica Ivančević, Dragana Radosavljević, Vesna Nešić, Jadranka Milovac, Irena Jovanović and Gordana Gagić.

The presentation of the awards was also attended by the representative of the RIA Company, Branislav Đeri, who emphasized the importance of cooperation with the Post of Serbia and pointed out that the development such programs would continue in order to motivate employees to achieve even better results.

This award does not only represent a personal recognition for the awarded workers, but also an incentive for all employees to continue working on improving services. We congratulate all awarded workers on their success and contribution to the development of the Post of Serbia.

At the end of the three-month program, the most successful employee shall receive the main prize - a SPA weekend in Vienna, Budapest or Serbia.
