Copies of property tax decisions for real estate in the Belgrade territory
Starting from August 15, 2024, at the counters of PE Post of Serbia, in the territory of the entire Republic of Serbia, taxpayers can receive, free of charge, copies of the decision on the determination of the property tax of natural persons for the year 2024, for immovable property in the territory of the city of Belgrade with accompanying instructions for payment – payment slip.
A copy of the decision is issued upon personal request, along with a valid identity document containing UMCN (Unique Master Citizen Number) – identity card or passport, and signed forms – ”Information on the processing of personal data of property taxpayers" and ”Consent to the processing of personal data”, which customers receive at the post office counter.
