Topics in Stara Pazova and Inđija – System Integration & User Satisfaction
Acting Director of PE Post of Serbia Zoran Anđelković visited the offices in Stara Pazova and Inđija, where he conducted a detailed evaluation of the current situation and operational processes. This visit is part of the wider strategy of the Post of Serbia to improve the quality of services and modernize the infrastructure, with the aim of providing customers with the most efficient and fastest service possible.
During the visit, Anđelković spoke with the employees about the daily challenges they face, as well as the possibilities to improve their working conditions within the working unit, in order to increase the efficiency of operations. He emphasized the importance of continuous investment in staff training and modernization of technological resources, which should contribute to customer satisfaction. The Post Office in Stara Pazova employs young staff that do their job thoroughly and conscientiously, and customers feel comfortable and satisfied with the services provided by Post Serbia.
"We want to improve the customer experience and provide our customers with the best possible service." The Post of Serbia has over 300 services and we want them to be even more accessible to our citizens. Post Express and e-commerce are expanding, and in that domain we are certainly the most operative", said Anđelković, emphasizing the possibility of integrating payments for all utility and tax services at post office counters in the future.
"It is important for us to integrate our system with all the services that are provided in the municipality. In that case, by visiting one counter, every citizen could very quickly get information about all the obligations they have to settle", Anđelković concluded.
In Inđija, Anđelković also met with the President of the Municipality of Inđija, Marko Gašić, on the occasion of the cooperation between the Post of Serbia and the Municipality of Inđija for the purpose of improving postal services in the territory of this municipality. At the end of the meeting, Anđelković thanked the President of the Municipality of Inđija for his hospitality and pointed out that the users of the services in Inđija, with whom he spoke, are satisfied with the services provided by the Post of Serbia. After the conversation in the Municipality building, they visited the Post Office of Inđija.
At the end of the visit, Zoran Anđelković praised the employees of both branches for their hard work and dedication, pointing out that they are the pillars of the postal system in local communities, important representatives of the state of Serbia, the founder of the Post of Serbia, because they reach every place and every house.
