Post of Serbia and CCIS: Introducing services based on AI
PE Post of Serbia and the Centre for Digital Transformation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (CCIS) have agreed, at a meeting between the Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, Zoran Anđelković, and the President of the CCIS, Marko Čadež, to cooperate on the introduction of tools based on artificial intelligence (AI) in the Public Enterprise "Post of Serbia".
The introduction of tools based on artificial intelligence in postal activities and services will be implemented in two phases. During the first phase, it is planned to carry out an analysis of the needs, processes and services of the Post of Serbia, and after the analysis is completed, the development of the plan, scope and content of services and system segments in which interventions will be implemented will follow.
For the purposes of project implementation, working groups will be formed that will bring together experts from both institutions.
The aim of the project is to contribute significantly to the modernization and further digitalization of postal services, introduction of innovative services, and improvement of the quality of existing services, their efficiency and availability, with the professional help of the Centre for Digital Transformation of the CCIS.
