PE Post of Serbia and CCIS on the continuation of AI based cooperation

During the meeting between Zoran Anđelković, Acting Director of PE Post of Serbia, and Marko Čadež, President of CCIS, it was stated that PE Post of Serbia and the Centre for Digital Transformation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (CCIS) plan to continue their cooperation in the coming period, especially in the field of digitalization of postal services with the help of modern CCIS services based on artificial intelligence.

During the meeting between Zoran Anđelković, Acting Director of PE Post of Serbia, and Marko Čadež, President of CCIS, it was stated that PE Post of Serbia and the Centre for Digital Transformation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (CCIS) plan to continue their cooperation in the coming period, especially in the field of digitalization of postal services with the help of modern CCIS services based on artificial intelligence.

Čadež pointed out that PE Post of Serbia is an important business and citizen service, and that through the implementation of modern solutions, such as CCIS’s digital ChatBot assistant and other innovative services, the operations of domestic companies and the expansion of their business to the region can be significantly accelerated.

The President of CCIS indicated that through cooperation on the digital transformation of postal services, significant domestic and regional market competitiveness of an institution such as the Post of Serbia can be achieved, as well as cooperation with regional posts, with the aim of stronger connection of economies of the entire region.

Director Anđelković emphasized the importance of this cooperation for improving the quality of Post Serbia’s services through the introduction of digital services based on artificial intelligence, with the support of CCIS, which would allow for further improvement of the efficiency and availability of services. "Continuing cooperation in this way represents a significant step towards the modernization of postal services and strengthening our role in the era of digitalization", said Anđelković.
