Director's visits to Užice and Čačak
Acting director of the Post of Serbia, Zoran Anđelković, continues his tours and familiarizes himself with the specifics and working conditions in work units across the country. Together with the Executive director Miloš Đurić, he visited the headquarters of the regional work unit in Užice and the regional unit "Čačak".
Anđelković and Đurić talked with the employees and management about current activities and improvement of business, improvement of internal procedures, needs for replacement of old machines and acquisition of new ones, as well as means of operation.
A topic of particular importance was ensuring a better financial position for postmen and delivery persons, so that they would be adequately stimulated to keep up with the constant increase in the volume of post-express services, all with the aim of increasing the efficiency and quality of services. In this sense, incentive measures were discussed, as well as interventions necessary to improve working conditions.
In the following period, separate meetings are planned with fellow postmen and delivery persons throughout Serbia.
