Director's visit to the Working Unit "Beogradski venac"
Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, Zoran Anđelković, continues his tours of Belgrade's working units. In addition to visiting the headquarters of the Working Unit "Beogradski venac" and the Post Office 11030 Belgrade 8 at Banovo Brdo, Anđelković also visited the Post Office 11040 Belgrade 33, which serves customers from the "diplomatic" neighbourhood in Dedinje.
Director Anđelković reflected on the current situation and the need for process improvement and presented the management's plans for the following period.
The employees shared information with the Director about current functioning and working conditions, as well as priority needs for interventions related to working conditions and processes.
Anđelković also discussed with the employees possible changes to the procedures for the provision of certain services, asking for their comments and suggestions. He said that he is open to concrete proposals regarding the functioning and provision of services, and to all other needs of the employees, inviting them to contact him.
Improving the working and material position of employees is one of the management's priorities, Anđelković said, along with parallel work, with joint efforts, on improving services and increasing income.
