Director Anđelković visiting WU "Belgrade Center"
Zoran Anđelković, Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, visited the headquarters of the Working Unit "Belgrade Center" in Zmaj Jovina and the Post Office 11102 Beograd 3. He spoke with the employees about current operations, needs and plans.
Director Anđelković visited the counter hall, where he spoke with customers, then the post office's technological premises, where he got to know the employees at the counter and in the delivery department, as well as the employees in the professional services. He was interested in the provision of services, current needs and working conditions and invited employees to present proposals for improving the process and solutions for any difficulties they face.
Anđelković pointed out that working conditions, quality of services and contribution of employees are crucial for the further development of the company. He invited them to actively participate in proposing solutions, which, as he said, will be carefully considered, while the management will work intensively on creating better working conditions and financial position of the employees, as well as on improving the working atmosphere in the collective.
