The topic of the meeting was the conclusion of Annex III of the Collective Agreement for PE Post of Serbia, which will ensure the implementation of the decision to increase the salary of all employees in technology, as well as in administration, except for management, in the amount of 10 percent starting from January 1, 2024.

The Enterprise’s plans for the coming year were also discussed, which include improvement of internal processes and further improvement of working conditions, expansion of the assortment and provision of better services to customers.

Director Đorđević then held an internal meeting in which trade unions also took part, and discussed the recorded problems, the plan and activities to solve them.

"I am familiar with the problems faced by mailpersons, delivery workers, counter workers, drivers and other employees who work in logistics centers. I will personally consider all their remarks in order to primarily take into account their suggestions, make the best possible decisions for a more efficient and less burdensome work process, on the one hand, and ensure the provision of better quality services, on the other," said Director Đorđević. He added that all the mentioned remarks imply additional analysis of each region, the number of mailpersons, delivery workers, counter workers, drivers and technicians in post offices, but also that it is necessary to ensure the maximum effective use of working time in technology in order to increase productivity, which again aims at better quality of service.

It is planned that in the coming period the Director will personally hold individual meetings with mailpersons, delivery workers, counter workers, post office technicians and drivers.
