Regular meeting held with trade unions
The Director of the Post of Serbia, Zoran Đorđević, and the Director of the HR Management Function, Danijela Rajković, held a regular meeting today with the representatives of the “PTT Serbia” Trade Union, the “Worker” Trade Union and the PE PTT Transport Trade Union of Serbia “Independence”.
The annual business results, the efficiency of existing work processes, the current situation, as well as the implementation of the decision to increase salaries starting on January 1, were the topics that were discussed during the meeting.
The plans of the Enterprise for the following year were also discussed, which include improvement of internal processes and further improvement of working conditions, expansion of the assortment and provision of better services to customers.
