Extended collegium of the Enterprise held
The Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, Zoran Đorđević, held today the 148th session of the Collegium and a meeting of members of the Collegium with Coordinators and Deputy Coordinators of the Enterprise’s Working Units, Directors of Working Units outside Regions and Regional Working Units, Assistant Directors of Regional Working Units for Areal Units and representatives of trade union organizations that operate within the Enterprise.
Hadži Ana Dašić, Director of the Procurement, Investments and Maintenance Function, spoke about the competences and transfer of authority in the field of procurement for the vehicle maintenance service, while the Director of the HR Management Function, Danijela Rajković, presented a proposal for the rulebook on employee evaluation.
Mirjana Rafael, Director of the Postal Network Function, reported on the work of Working Units, Regional Working Units and Areal Units. It is planned that at the beginning of January, before the adoption of the annual report, a meeting will be held on the topic of analyzing the work of each individual Working Unit.
The quality of postal services was the topic of the presentation by the Director of the Services Function, Bojana Nikolić, and the new, richer offer of Post Express and the new price list, which will come into effect on January 1st, will bring new services and more affordable prices for certain types of delivery.
The topic of the meeting was the systematization and reorganization of the Enterprise, which will be implemented in 2024.
