Today's Annex to the Collective Agreement provides for a salary increase of 10 percent for all technology employees starting from November 1 this year.
An additional salary increase for technology workers is expected on January 1, 2024, and will amount to 10 percent, which makes a cumulative salary increase of 21 percent compared to salaries in technology before November 1. Also, the salary increase for all employees in the administration, except for the management, will be 10 percent, starting from January 1, 2024.
Finally, for employees who ended the suspension of work, reduced travel expenses and reduced salary for the days they spent in suspension of work will be paid with the next calculation of travel expenses and salary on December 12 and December 15 this year.
"In order to monitor the results of the work of PE Post of Serbia, regular meetings among the management of this Enterprise, trade unions and representatives of the relevant ministry have been introduced", said Minister Jovanović and added that he expects further growth of services, new services and new customers from this Enteroruse, so that the growth of income can enable a new salary increase during 2024.
"With today's signing, the Government of Serbia has shown that it fulfills its promises and sticks to the agreements reached", said Jovanović.
