Customer Notice
Due to the suspension of the work of a certain number of employees in the Public Enterprise "Post of Serbia", Belgrade, which is not organized in accordance with the law regulating the strike, nor other regulations and internal acts of this Public Enterprise, problems can be expected in terms of the provision of services by the Public Enterprise "Post of Serbia", Belgrade.
Despite the activities and efforts undertaken by this Public Enteprise in order to ensure the work process in accordance with regulations and general acts, in order to prevent, eliminate and mitigate harmful consequences and unpredictable actions, there was a problem in the continuous provision of postal and other services.
We ask the customers for their understanding of the circumstances that may cause delays in transfer and deviations from contractual obligations, expressing the hope that the quality of the services provided will justify trust and continue cooperation in the future, in mutual interest and to mutual satisfaction.
