From extended collegium: Payment of earnings from profits starts tomorrow
Acting director of PE Post of Serbia, Zoran Đorđević, held today an extended collegium of the Enterprise, which was attended by, in addition to executive directors and directors of functions, coordinators and deputy coordinators of working units, directors of working units outside the regions and regional working units, assistant directors of regional working units for areal units, first-rank and non-rank post office managers and representatives of trade union organizations.
Special attention is devoted to the further improvement of working conditions and material status of employees. On this occasion, Director Đorđević informed the audience that the Government of the Republic of Serbia approved the payment of earnings from profits to the employees of PE Post of Serbia at today's meeting, as well as that the payment will begin tomorrow, October 27, and will end on Monday, October 30.
Among other things, the regions and the work performance of the employees were analyzed and the increase in the number of employees discussed, as well as the new regulation on remuneration of mail-persons, delivery-persons and counter workers based on their performance and the further improvement of the quality of services provided by the Post of Serbia.
