Important messages at the meeting of directors with the best employees
Zoran Đorđević, Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, answered questions of interest to all employees of the Post during today's awarding of the "Best Employee" award for the third quarter of the current business year.
Director Đorđević presented the activities that the management of the Post of Serbia undertakes in order to improve the material position of the employees in accordance with the achieved good business results. He said that the new Regulation on remuneration will regulate the assessment of work performance for all employees and ensure adequate management of HR potential, individual evaluation and remuneration. He pointed out that the salary from the profit for the previous business year, which was planned and agreed, will be paid to the employees immediately after receiving the approval of the Ministry of Finance.
"Owing to the hard and dedicated work of our employees, this year, according to the indicators so far, we will record the best business result in the last three years. We achieved salary increases, acquired new equipment and vehicles and made progress in all development areas. In the coming period, we have more work to do on improving the working conditions. The projected new salary increase, and a significant one, is expected at the beginning of the year, as well as after the reorganization process is completed, when we will have a complete picture of the new system", said Zoran Đorđević.
He added that all the meetings he regularly holds with management, employees and unions are aimed at finding the best solutions in an open dialogue.
"The new organization and systematization of workplaces will greatly improve the market position of our company, enable a better and more flexible response to new market demands, new services and further modernization, but also what is equally important and what we continuously work on - improving the position of employees, increasing salaries, development and retention of quality staff and additional rewards for achieved results", concluded Director Đorđević.
The winners of the award for the best mail persons are Marko Simonović, WU "Zemun" (11070 Belgrade 27), Nenad Kojić, WU "Novi Sad" (21400 Bačka Palanka), Nenad Petrović, RWU "Smederevo, Požarevac, Zaječar, Bor" (12208 Kostolac), and Slobodan Milisavljević, WU "Belgrade Centre" (11050 Belgrade 22). Aleksandar Lipovšek, a delivery person from WU "Zemun" (11077 Belgrade 99), is the winner in the best delivery person/driver category.
Kristina Paprić, WU "Zemun" (11188 Belgrade 67), Dragan Filipović, WU "Niš" (18246 Ravna Dubrava), Svetlana Mališ, RWU "Kragujevac, Jagodina, Kruševac" (37110 Kruševac), and Negica Radičević, WU "Belgrade Centre" (11213 Padinska Skela) were declared the best counter workers.
Željko Marković, RWU "Subotica, Zrenjanin, Sombor, Kikinda" (23208 Elemir) and Nataša Sedlan, RWU "Zemun" (11185 Belgrade 84) were awarded as the best post office managers.
The best controller/treasurer is Milica Kolev, senior controller in WU "Zemun" (11198 Belgrade 123). The winner of the award for the best employee in the processing of postal items is Nemanja Knežević, from RWU "Smederevo, Požarevac, Zaječar, Bor" (12000 Požarevac).
