Neighbouring Posts guests at BalkanPhila

The Director of the Post of Serbia, Zoran Đorđević, held separate meetings with the highest representatives of postal administrations from the region - Poste Srpske, Croatian Post, and Croatian Post - Mostar.

The topics of the meetings were new opportunities for connecting and improving the overall cooperation and exchange of postal items between postal administrations in the region, new joint projects and services, and additional cooperation in philatelic activity, in the light of holding the biggest philatelic exhibition in our country so far, after more than 30 years. The international philatelic exhibition BALKANPHILA XIX, hosted by the Union of Philatelists of Serbia and PE Post of Serbia, under the honorary patronage of the President of the Republic of Serbia, will be open at the Home of the Serbian Armed Forces in Belgrade until October 14.

With his colleagues and the Director of Poste Srpske, Miladin Radović, Director Đorđević discussed the possibilities of supporting the Post of Serbia in the logistics sector and the procurement of machines and new equipment and presented the results of the Post's parcel machine project, as well as further plans, considering the recently signed partnership between the Post of Serbia and DHL Express Serbia. The advisory role of the Post of Serbia was agreed upon in the construction of the postal and logistics centre of Poste Srpske and the improvement of the quality of services through the use of the application, which will enable automatic tracking of vehicles, as well as adequate remuneration of employees, based on performance.
